The Sports Solidarity team has organized, advocated for, and negotiated on behalf of thousands of workers across sports and beyond. In 2022, the core of Sports Solidarity achieved the “impossible” by helping minor league baseball players organize for the first time in 150 years. In the wake of that success, we received significant interest from other workers across the sports industry who want to improve their working conditions through collective action. We formed Sports Solidarity to take on that important work and we are currently working behind the scenes on behalf of several groups of workers.
